Scrub Sync provides a platform that connects healthcare professionals (“Professionals”) with healthcare facilities (“Facilities”) for the purpose of brokering temporary work shifts. The platform enables Professionals to search for and accept available work opportunities at Facilities.

3. Eligibility

To use our platform, you must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. You must provide accurate and complete information when registering.

4. User Accounts

To access certain features of the platform, you may be required to create a user account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Responsibilities of Professionals

Professionals using the platform must possess valid qualifications, certifications, or licenses necessary for the work they undertake at Facilities. You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to your profession and to provide accurate information regarding your credentials.

6. Responsibilities of Facilities

Facilities using the platform agree to provide accurate information about work opportunities and to adhere to fair employment practices. Facilities are responsible for ensuring that Professionals who accept work shifts are treated in accordance with applicable labor laws.

7. Fees and Payments

Use of the Scrub Sync platform may involve fees, such as commission or subscription fees. You will be notified of any applicable fees prior to completing any transaction or work arrangement.

8. SMS Notifications

Scrub Sync uses SMS notifications to provide important updates about work shifts, confirmations, and other relevant information. By providing your phone number, you consent to receiving such messages via SMS through our third-party provider, Twilio. You may opt-out at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions in the message.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to our services at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms, is harmful to other users, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without any warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. You use the platform at your own risk.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Scrub Sync, Inc. shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform.
